Quick answers
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes with Daniel. You describe what eats your week and the tools you use. He tells you which role fits, what it costs, and what the first two weeks look like. If it's not a fit, he'll say so.
How do I know they're actually working?
They work from our office, at a desk we set up, with a supervisor on the floor. You also get a daily summary of what got done and a weekly check-in with your account manager. You'll know more about their day than you would about an in-house hire.
Why not just use ChatGPT myself?
You can, and your hire will too. The question is who prompts it at 8 AM, checks what it wrote, sends it, logs it, follows up Thursday, and tells you something is slipping. AI is a tool. A person owns the outcome.
Why not hire a freelancer for $5 an hour?
You can, and some people should. What you get at $5 is someone you found, trained and supervised yourself, who may be gone in three weeks. What you get here is a dedicated person in an office we run, with a manager on the floor, a replacement if it isn't working, and none of your time spent managing it. What hours do they work?
